Bragg Centenary

The year 2013 will be the centenary anniversary of the pioneering contributions William Henry Bragg and William Lawrence Bragg made to the field of crystallography and structural science, for which they were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1915. In celebration of their achievements numerous events are taking place around the UK, to find events near you see here.

 

ECM28

The 28th Meeting of the European Crystallographic Association will be held in the UK at the University of Warwick from 25-29 August 2013. For more information and to register for the meeting go to the ECA website.

As ECM28 will be held in the UK, there will be no BCA Spring Meeting this year, therefore the next CCDC prize will be in 2014 (nominations for the prize will re-open in late 2013 - please contact a member of the CCG committee).
